Wedding Stationery Packages

The Process

You've thoroughly combed through my website and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is setting up a time to chat to make sure we're the perfect fit for one another and customize a wedding stationery package for you.

Grab a glass of bubbly, an espresso or your drink of choice and let’s chat!

Let’s Get to Know Each Other

The Process

We’ll first chat about your vision and what you are looking for in terms of design. We’ll also discuss any love to have items and discuss which ones might make the most impact.

After our chat I will have a comprehensive understanding of both your needs and wants. I will prepare a detailed quote for you that is broken up into two sections; Needs and Wants

let's get down to brass tacks

Your Quote

THE PROCESS

The top section of the quote will have all the items that must be part of your suite; people need to know when to be where and how to respond after all! The bottom section houses all the bells and whistles. A few thoughtful choices here can really elevate the whole look of your suite.

Once your date is officially reserved, we’ll get through some housekeeping items and then on to the good stuff! We're also happy to serve as a resource for vendor recommendations, timeline guidance and more!

And now the fun begins!

It's Time to Design

THE PROCESS

You’ll choose colors, fonts, papers, and we’ll explore any optional bells and whistles during this time. We’ll collaborate together bouncing ideas off of one another to come up with something both personal and beautiful!

After your final sign off of the suite, I will prepare all the specific print files and get it off to production.
Your suite will arrive to you directly unless you have contracted me to assemble it for you.

Shortly thereafter you’ll receive instructions and tips on how to assemble your invitations. I'm always an email away should have any questions!

Then it’s stamping, sealing, and mailing!

I'll take it from here

What You Can Expect Working With Me

Expectations

Fun along the way (many parts of the wedding planning process can feel a bit like school; I was this to feel like art class; or at least recess!)

Stress-free process (so many parts of life are stressful, this should be fun!)

Clear communication (I like to provide clear expectations for me and for you!)

When working with Elated Paper Co. you will be working directly with me from start to finish. Why choose something from a large faceless company when you can work one-on-one with a real person who will be with you ever step of the way.

Want something you cannot get at an online template site? Want to see your design with various colors, fonts or text layouts? You are in the right place! We can try multiple versions to find just the right combination.

This final step in your planning process should be like recess vs a long school dayit should be fun! With that spirit in mind revisions are FREE. No need to save up all your changes to avoid incurring extra charges.

Personal Service, Unique Design, Unlimited Revisions

You are more interested in the life you are building after the wedding than the wedding itself but are still planning one heck of a celebration

You’re busy with work, wedding planning and enjoying life but don’t want to settle for just any off the rack invitation

You find that a little can go a long way; some thoughtful additions to your invitation suite can have a big impact (ie wax seals, envelope liners, paper stock, colored envelopes, etc)

You like to keep items that spark happy memories; like that old ratty sweatshirt from college or cards + notes from loved ones

You’re not after the same thing everyone else is doing. You’d like your invitations to feel personal and specific to your event.

You understand that your wedding invitation creates an emotional feeling for your guests and you want them to be counting down the days to your wedding!

Elated Paper Co. is a perfect paper match if…

I originally reached out to Kate for Save the Dates when I thought I was doing a destination wedding in Italy. She worked really hard to incorporate a novel map of Sicily into a vibrant looking Save the Date. When the location changed to NYC and the theme was heritage and Deco, it was Kate who encouraged me to use a 1915 map of the area of the ceremony and use it as a gatefold for a classic/Art Deco invite. When my guests received the invitation they loved it because it was consistent with my style and unique. Kate also created a magnificent monogram that was used within the invitation and which I've since adopted on to a wax seal. I think Kate is very creative and works hard to match a bride's vision to her talents.

Talented, Efficient and Accommodating

Kate was so amazingly wonderful and went waaaay above and beyond in helping me design my "Save The Date" and my formal wedding invitations. She did everything as quickly as possible and contacted me every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with everything. She was also very patient with me because I did make changes & she was still able to move everything along quickly. I will for ever use her service and I recommend that you use her in all her services that she has to offer. She responds quickly to everything. Thank you again for everything!

FAQ

No. 1

This can be overcome by adjusting some of the insert cards, printing types and adjusting some of the bells and whistles. Aside from this I also have items in my collection that fit a wider range of budgets

No. 2

You're in luck! I offer a full line of wedding day items including programs, menus, escort cards, seating charts, cups, napkins, koozies, etc. If you have an idea, ask me and I'll let you if I can make it happen!

No. 3

Typically no. I reserve the right to not provide digital files of art created for your invitation suite. That being said, please reach out with your needs and I'd be happy to have a chat.

No. 4

The process usually takes 5-10 weeks from start to finish for custom orders. Collection orders usually take about 3-4 weeks. More complex print types typically take longer to produce. I have turned projects around in two weeks but don't make it a habit. It's less fun for all involved!

No. 5

Due to the custom nature of the work I do not offer refunds. If there are issues with the printing that is result of Elated Paper Co. error I will fix those issues quickly. If there are issues with printing that are a result of items that were signed off on I work with the client on a reprint but additional costs will be incurred.

No. 6

While I don't offer physical samples of specific wedding stationery suites I can send samples of past work and I do have sample paper packs that I'm happy to send along. Just email me with your address and I'd happy to drop them in the mail to you!

No. 7

All of my proofs are shown on the computer using a very user friendly interface. Should you wish to order a press proof that is available at additional cost. Please let me know that you'd like this as part of your project.

No. 8

Invitations are mailed out typically 10-12 weeks before the wedding date. That being said, if you are planning a "destination" wedding mailing could be 12-14 weeks before the wedding day.  To have the best experience possible the design process is best started 6-8+ months before the wedding.
