Once proof approval, printing usually takes 2-4 business days

Within the USA, shipping is via Fed Ex and is 1-3 business days (except for Alaska and Hawaii)

Rush orders can be accepted!
For 1-2 items the rush processing charge is $40.00
For 3-5 items the rush processing charge is $70.00.
• Rush orders will have a proof created in 1 business day and printed items will be mailed out 1 business day after approval of the proof (if approved by 12:00PM EST)
• If the shipping method isn't also expedited, standard shipping times apply.


Please be advised that when shipping outside the USA, Katlem Design is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may be imposed on your order. The amount of these charges is not determined by Katlem Design and vary by region. Your local post office should be able to give you information about how much to expect to pay. Countries vary on this quite a bit, please check with your local post office to learn more before purchasing.

Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as available.

Orders will ship to the address provided on your order checkout.
 Please make sure that the address that you have on your account is correct and up to date. Stationery orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

All folded cards (place cards, table cards, welcome booklets, thank you cards, etc) are shipped flat and scored for folding.

The US post office charges a surcharge for processing square invitations. Please take this into consideration when ordering square invitations.

 Contact the USPS for current surcharge rates.

A message will be sent to you within 72 hours of purchase and will include a link to download the file(s).

The client is responsible for all stamps and postage for mailing out your invitations.
• Most save the date cards will ship with a first class stamp.
• Most postcards will ship with a post card stamp.
• If you add additional cards to magnet save the dates the cost to mail might increase. Please have your post office weigh before mailing.
• Most invitation sets including a 5x7 invitation and 4.25x5.5 postcard will ship for with a first class stamp.
• Most invitation sets with additional insert cards will ship with a two-ounce stamp.

With that being said, every post office judges the postage price differently. It’s best to wait until you receive your invitations and take a complete set (including envelope) to your local post office to be weighed .

The products in my shop are custom printed and due to the nature of these products, I cannot make refunds or exchanges.

 Once I send you a personalized proof, there is no refund given on design charges. If you decide to cancel your order PRIOR to any design work being started I will be happy to refund your design charge. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER 30 DAYS due to the amount of time spent contacting each buyer and corresponding with them.
 Please make sure that you have carefully checked your proofs for spelling errors, typos, layout modifications etc. I copy and paste your text from the form you fill out online.
 Katlem Design is not responsible for errors found after final proof approval. 

If an error is made by Katlem Design I will correct the problem as quickly as possible. We are all human after all and mistakes do happen! ☺

All computer monitors display colors differently and there is no guarantee for exact color matching.

 No refund or free reprints will be offered if the colors vary on the printed card from those on the digital proof you saw on your screen. If you need to order extra invitations the colors from one order to the next may shift as digital printers can vary from one run to the next of the same color.

If you purchased a sample paper pack, the samples are generic. They are meant to demonstrate the feel and quality of the papers I offer. I cannot offer printed samples of your exact order prior to purchase. 

While Katlem Design strives to avoid errors, I do not accept responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project approved by you for printing/production. You (the Client) are to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. 
Approval is given either in writing via responding to a message on Etsy or by submitting the approval form I send you.

 No refunds or reprints are given after the final approved design has gone to print (unless it is a Katlem Design error un-related to proof reading). I am not responsible for images printing incorrectly (low resolution, incorrect color or blurred).

 It’s easy to overlook something if you’ve looked at it many times so I recommend that you have a couple of people read through and check over your proofs for spelling and grammatical errors. Make sure you have not omitted anything that you’d like conveyed to your potential guests. 

Orders will not go to print until Katlem Design receives your print approval and full payment.

Please note that if you need to re-order cards after your design is approved and printed, the minimum re-order is 10 for each type, invite and RSVP, save the date, etc and the volume discount will not be provided based on the total number of cards you already ordered. It is advised to determine your needed quantity by counting households, not guests, then adding 20% extra for last-minute guest additions and keepsakes before placing your order. 

If you are concerned about damage while mailing I offer envelopes for RSVP cards and Save the Date cards. The post office uses massive sorting machines and massive printing machines to print barcode markings on all postcards. 
These processes might damage the cards. 
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to items by the Post Office or their agents.

Paper goods left outside your home may be stolen or damaged by weather. Katlem Design is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages if you are not present at time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming the package

Cards have a minimum order of 25 (in some cases I can do orders of 10) and can be sold in increments of 5. 


Non-English language or bilingual invitations are available! I work closely with those clients to create their invitations. I’m not responsible for spelling errors and fonts are limited in the various languages. Additional design costs of $25 is assessed for non English language projects.
 Client will be responsible for providing all copy, grammar and punctuation in their requested language.

We DO print individually personalized cards and envelopes! (guest addressing).

 Guest names and addresses can be printed on post cards and outer envelopes. Client is responsible for supplying an excel list of guest names and addresses. Katlem Design will be using this list AS IS. Please make sure to triple check before submitting.

We don't copy, recreate or reproduce other designers' work -- If there is another designers work that you just have to have please contact them for purchase.

Each template sold in this shop is the intellectual property of Katlem Design and designer Kate Lemish. All credit for the designs must be attributed appropriately.

 You may not resell or redistribute these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digital or printed on any online store.
