They look great and her guests will love adding them to their bags when they pack for an exciting destination wedding in Thailand in a few short weeks.

NEW! Double thick stock now available

on May 12, 2016

Want to punch up the luxury and quality of your invitation? Double thick cards are an easy way to give your invitation a substantial upgrade in feel and elegance. Twice as thick as our standard 120# weight matte stock, this 240# weight stock is as thick as a typical wedding coaster and a beautiful way to make you invitations stand out!

Just changing the stock used to print your invitations can have a major impact on the overall look and feel of your invitation suite. Upgrades can be limited to just the invitation while the other inserts remain at our standard 120# stock which makes the invitation itself scream out, "r e a d  m e ! ! !"

be well!

As part of my ongoing project to take inspiration from not only my travels but also my local surroundings I've just posted a new design for weddings in the beautiful seaside city of Bristol Rhode Island. This is a watercolor rendering of the Mount Hope Bridge done in classic blues and whites.

Planning your wedding at the beautiful Ocean House Hotel in Westerly Rhode Island? This watercolor save the date featuring the front facade of the hotel is the perfect introduction to your guests of what is to come at your wedding. Text can be edited to make the overall look more formal, coastal, or elegant. The back side features a map of Rhode Island to further show love to our tiny ocean state.

Invitation Suite Mock Up

By Kate Lemish
on October 28, 2015

Curious about how you will be able to envision your invitation suite before you are able to hold them in your hands? All invitations, save the dates, and invitation suites have digital mock ups that I provide as we move along the design process. You'll be able to see what you invitation design will look like along with comps of each individual insert and envelope. It's a nice way to see how your invitation will come together.

Un-plugged Creativity - Building a Pipe Bed

By Kate Lemish
on October 22, 2015

I had been wanting to get my son into a "big boy" bed for some time but also knew I didn't want just any bed. I thought making it something fun would somehow make my little cherub sleep better at night. Though it didn't quite have that effect I still love it and am thankful I took the time to bring it to life. Family members helped pull it all together and I love the end result!

Props to the website for providing the plans for this super cool bed! I decided to do mine in black iron pipe and painted the wood slats with magnetic paint and then painted roads on top. I glued some magnets to little cars I found at TJ Maxx. Fun!!

Custom Koozie Designs!

By Kate Lemish
on August 04, 2015

Having a party or event and want to give koozies as the favor?

I design koozies that can be printed at any koozie provider. This summer I designed an invitation for a bridal shower and the host also wanted to provide koozies. She was nice enough to snap this little gem so I could see the design in action. I heard they were a hit!

It's a nice way for guests to remember your event for months to come!
