Kate Lemish - principal, designer, creative gal numero uno, and paper copier
After many years of working as a designer for a corporation Kate thought it would be time to follow in her families footsteps (her mom & step-dad, dad & step-mom, and brother all own businesses) and start a business of her own. Around this time she had also designed & created her own wedding invitations (as she could not find one that really suited the feel and tone she wanted) and had the best time doing it (alhtough I think she’d be hardpressed to convince her friends to make envelopes from scratch ever again). She thought, “Why not design wedding invitations for great couples looking for something fun and funky?” and ending up putting more energy toward that part of the business. In 2006 she decided to shift gears in order to give the invitations the attention they deserve and made them front and center. Not to mention she gets to work with a great friend.... read on!
Jennifer O’Neil - designer, creative gal numero uno, and sounding board
Also coming from the corporate world, Jen now helps companies large and small with their graphic and web needs in
a freelance capacity. When she’s not doing that, she’s answering the never ending list of questions from Kate about, how does
this look?, should we change that? What do you think about this? If that weren’t enough she’s mom to a one year old beautiful
little girl (see norah’s announcement). And to top it all off she also designs new invitation sets for relaxation and enjoyment! Who says women can’t do it all!? |
